Andrey Tyurin ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Siege Forge mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

We do not require you to create an account or provide any personal information to use the App. The App does not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

We may collect certain information automatically, including:

• Device Information: Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers for the purpose of serving advertisements.
• Usage Data: Game progress, settings preferences, and gameplay statistics. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via Apple iCloud.
• Purchase History: Records of in-app purchases are managed by Apple and are not stored on our servers.

1.3 Advertising Data

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect:

• Device advertising identifier (IDFA), only with your explicit consent via Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt
• IP address (for approximate location-based ad targeting)
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

You can opt out of personalized advertising by declining the ATT prompt when first launching the App, or by going to Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Save and sync your game progress across your devices via iCloud
• Display advertisements to support the free version of the App
• Process in-app purchases through Apple's App Store
• Improve the App's performance and user experience

3. Data Storage

All gameplay data (progress, settings, statistics) is stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. If you enable iCloud, your star ratings and level progress are synced via Apple's iCloud Key-Value Storage service. We do not operate any servers that store your personal data.

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

4.1 Google AdMob

We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements. Google's privacy policy can be found at: https://policies.google.com/privacy

4.2 Apple Services

• App Store / StoreKit: Handles in-app purchases. Apple's privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
• iCloud: Syncs game progress. Data is protected by Apple's encryption and privacy standards.
• SKAdNetwork: Apple's privacy-preserving ad attribution framework. No personal data is shared.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is rated 9+ and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not require account creation, and advertisements served are not targeted based on age. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete such information.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional campaigns and remove advertisements. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information. Purchases can be restored at any time through the App's Settings.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Opt out of ad tracking: Decline the ATT prompt or disable tracking in iOS Settings
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data
• Delete iCloud data: Go to iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage → Siege Forge → Delete Data
• Request information: Contact us to inquire about any data associated with your device

8. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. All iCloud data is encrypted by Apple. Local device data is protected by iOS device security features. We do not transmit your gameplay data to any external servers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the App and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
