On your device. On the iOS app your save can also sync to your own private iCloud so it follows you across your Apple devices. There is no Quietgrove server and no account to lose.
Menu ▸ Back up exports a small file with your tree, journal, and settings. On a new device, Menu ▸ Restore from a backup brings everything back.
Menu ▸ Restore purchases re-checks your purchase with the App Store and unlocks Full again — after a reinstall or on a new device signed into the same Apple account.
No. Neglect only makes it droop and slow down, and it always recovers with care. Pruning redirects growth; it never harms the tree.
Menu ▸ Settings ▸ Reduce Motion calms wind and effects. The app also follows your system Reduce Motion setting automatically. Haptics and every sound channel can be adjusted there too.
Off by default. If you opt in, Quietgrove sends at most a gentle occasional nudge (growth while you were away, a season turning). Turn them off any time in Menu ▸ Settings.
